એક કરતા વધુ મળેલ કોલલેટર અંગે ભરતી બોર્ડને કરવાની અરજીનો નમૂનો
કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ થતો નથી તે અંગે ભરતી બોર્ડને કરવાની અરજીનો નમૂનો
ભુલથી Gender ખોટી ભરાયેલ છે તે માટે ભરતી બોર્ડને જાણ કરવાની અરજીનો નમૂનો
: તા.૦૬/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ::અગાઉ જોડીયા નામ હોવાના કારણે રદ્દ કરવામાં આવેલ ઉમેદવારોની મળેલ રજુઆત અંગે ચકાસણી કરતા જે ઉમેદવારોને અગાઉ રદ્દ કરવામાં આવેલ હતા તેવા ઉમેદવારોને હવે માન્ય ગણવામાં આવેલ છે અને હવે OJAS વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી પોતાનો કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે. જેની વિગત જોવા માટે અહિં કલીક કરો.....
તા.૦૬/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ::(૧) તારીખ ૩ અને ૪ ડિસેમ્બરના રોજ જે મેદાનો ઉપર વરસાદને કારણે શારીરિક કસોટી મોકૂફ રાખવામાં આવેલ તે કસોટી હવે બંન્ને દિવસના ઉમેદવારો માટે એકી સાથે તારીખ 12 ડિસેમ્બર (રવિવાર) નારોજ એ જ મેદાન પર એ જ કોલલેટર ઉપર લેવામાં આવશે. મોકુફ રાખવામાં આવેલ કસોટીના ઉમેદવારોએ અગાઉ ઇશ્યુ થયેલ કોલ લેટર સાથે, કોલલેટરમાં જણાવેલ સમયે કસોટી માટે હાજર રહેવું.
(ર) વધુમાં SRPF ગ્રુપ-૧૧, વાવ ખાતે તા.૦૬/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ નારોજ શારીરિક કસોટી મોકૂફ રાખવામાં આવેલ તે કસોટી હવે તા.૨૬/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ (રવિવાર) નારોજ એ જ મેદાન પર એ જ કોલલેટર ઉપર લેવામાં આવશે. મોકુફ રાખવામાં આવેલ કસોટીના ઉમેદવારોએ અગાઉ ઇશ્યુ થયેલ કોલ લેટર સાથે, કોલલેટરમાં જણાવેલ સમયે કસોટી માટે હાજર રહેવું.

Counter Clerk should first accept the exam fee under e-payment and then authorize application on OJAS web portal https://ojasadmin.qujarat.gov.in. Counter PA has to opt for following options in the Biller ID:

તા.૨૧/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ ::(૧) તા.૦૩/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ થી ગુજરાત રાજયના ૧૫ (પંદર) કેન્દ્રો ઉપર લોકરક્ષક સંવર્ગની શારીરીક કસોટીનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ,જે શારીરીક કસોટી પૂર્ણ થતા આ કસોટીમાં લોકરક્ષક સંવર્ગમાં શારીરીક કસોટીમાં ઉતીર્ણ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોની વિગત, તેમજ ઉતીર્ણ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોને શારીરીક કસોટીમાં મળેલ ગુણની વિગત જોવા માટે અહીં કલીક કરો....
:: તા.૧૯/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ ::(૧) પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષક બન્ને માટે ઉમેદવારી કરેલ હોય અને બન્ને અરજીમાં એક સરખી માહિતી ભરેલ હોય તેવા ૨,૬૨,૩૪૭ ઉમેદવારોના પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકના કોલલેટર મર્જ કરવામાં આવેલ અને આવા ઉમેદવારોના પો.સ.ઇ.ના કોલલેટરમાં લોકરક્ષકનો કન્ફર્મેશન દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે અને આવા ઉમેદવારોએ હવે ભરતી બોર્ડ ખાતે કોલલેટર મર્જ કરવા અંગે કોઇ અરજી આપવાની જરૂર નથી.
(ર) જે ઉમેદવારોની પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકની અરજીની માહિતીમાં તફાવત હતો તેવા ઉમેદવારોના કોલલેટર મર્જ થઇ શકેલ નથી. આવા ઉમેદવારોને પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકના અલગ-અલગ કોલલેટર મળેલ હતા. આવા ઉમેદવારોને બન્ને કોલલેટર મર્જ કરાવવા અંગેની અરજી આપવા જણાવેલ હતુ, તે મુજબ તા.૧૮.૦૨.૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં મળેલ અરજીઓ મુજબ કુલ-૭૧૯૯ ઉમેદવારોના પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકના કોલલેટર મર્જ કરવામાં આવેલ છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોની માહિતી જોવા માટે અહીં કલીક કરો....
(૩) જે ઉમેદવારોને પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકના અલગ-અલગ કોલલેટર મળેલ હોય અને મર્જ કરાવવા અંગેની અરજી આપેલ ના હોય તેવા પો.સ.ઇ. કેડરની કસોટી પાસ કરેલ ઉમેદવારોએ પો.સ.ઇ. અને લોકરક્ષકના કોલલેટર મર્જ કરવા અંગેની અરજી લોકરક્ષક ભરતી બોર્ડની કચેરી, બંગલા નં.ગ-૧૨, સરિતા ઉદ્યાનની નજીક, સેકટર-૯, ગાંધીનગર-૩૮૨૦૦૭ ખાતે તા.૨૬/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં મળી જાય તે રીતે મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. તા.૨૬/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ બાદ મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહિં. અરજીનો નમૂનો જોવા માટે અહીં કલીક કરો....
કમોસમી વરસાદ અંગે અગત્યની સૂચનાઃ તા.૦૨/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ::કમોસમી વરસાદના કારણે SRPF ગૃપ-પ, ગોઘરા મેદાન ખાતે પો.સ.ઇ. / લોકરક્ષકની તા.૦૩/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ લેવાનાર શારિરીક કસોટી મોકુફ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. ઉમેદવારોને શારિરીક કસોટીની નવી તારીખ હવે પછી જણાવવામાં આવશે.
કમોસમી વરસાદના કારણે પોલીસ હેડ કવાર્ટર, ભરૂચ, ખેડા, સુરેન્દ્રનગર, અમરેલી તથા SRPF ગૃપ-૧૧ વાવ-સુરત અને SRPF ગૃપ-૭, નડિયાદ એમ કુલ ૬ મેદાનો ખાતે પો.સ.ઇ. / લોકરક્ષકની તા.૦૩/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ અને તા.૦૪/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ લેવાનાર શારિરીક કસોટી મોકુફ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. ઉમેદવારોને શારિરીક કસોટીની નવી તારીખ હવે પછી જણાવવામાં આવશે.

It is therefore requested to arrange to issue strict instructions that
All the applications must be authorized on OJAS on the same day of its acceptance. B. It is mandatory to print the Point Of Sale and OJAS reports (Daily) of the Biller and maintain the same report along with physical challans in record of the post office.
C. It is mandatory to save the daily OJAS report by the post office. A separate folder with bilier id name (ie Lokrakshak 2021) will be created for saving the report of daily OJAS updation by the concerned post office. The saved report folder is to be maintained for a 02 months period from the last date of collection for the reconciliation purpose.
In no case, fees is to be accepted after the last date as after CSI roll out, closure of Biller Id is not being reflected. E. Counter clerk should also check whether the candidate has mentioned his/her mobile no.behind his/her challan for contact, if any problem occurs.
All Regional Divisional heads are requested to identify IP/ASP working in Divisional/Regional office as a Nodal Officer for the project and they should monitor the scheme and to reconcile the data between e-payment and Ojas on a daily basis and to set right the differences.
