Scheduled Castes studying in college level undergraduate, postgraduate and other higher courses, Scheduled | Students from Tribal, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes who want to get admission in Samaras Kumar and Kanya Hostels at Anand, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Himmatnagar, Patan for the academic year 2021-22 as well as Vadodara Kumar and Surat Kanya Samaras Hostels.

Admission qualification
Admission will be given on merit basis on the basis of percentage of Std-12 and percentage of postgraduate course in postgraduate courses to get new admission in any year or semester in all undergraduate courses. (Note: Student should have got 50% marks or more
Eligibility criteria for admission of renewed students are available on the website.
Students who have applied in the year 2020-21 but have not been admitted due to Covid 12 will have to re-apply online. An earlier application will not be considered valid.

The original certificates will have to be verified at the respective Samaras Hostel during the period indicated on the website.
• If there is a discrepancy between the percentage filled in the online form of a student and the percentage of the original marksheet and the certificates of eligibility, the admission of such applicants will be cancelled .
Cannot claim the right of admission on the basis of online application made by the student. The final list for admission in Samaras Hostel will be issued on the basis of the rules laid down by the Government in view of the situation of COVID-19.
• Currently only renewed students will be admitted due to Kovid-19. New students will then be admitted according to the capacity of the hostel.
માં In case of unavoidable Covid 19 epidemic or for any reason the Government / Local Administration needs to use Samaras Hostel as Covid Care Center. Admission will be granted on condition of doing.
