Subject: Regarding the video conference to be held on 9/06/2071 under the employment award letter distribution program on the occasion of "Yuva Shakti Din".
On the occasion of completion of five years of good governance of Hon'ble Chief Minister, on 09/08/2071, on the occasion of "Yuva Shakti Din", state level employment award letter distribution program will be organized in the presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister and district level programs in the presence of high office bearers / dignitaries.
Hon'ble Chief Minister will launch the program from any one place of the state and a total of 6 employment fairs will be organized in each district. In addition, appointment letters will be issued to about 50,000 youths in the state. The placement target has been allotted to all District Employment Offices as per Anekshar-A pertaining to this program.
Regarding the pre-planning of this program, a video conference is planned for the Presiding Secretary of Labor and Employment on 7/09/2071 at 6.00 pm, in which you will be comfortable to attend. On the occasion of "Yuva Shakti Din" on 09/09/2071, the state level employment award distribution program will be organized under the chairmanship of the Hon'ble Chief Minister and district level programs will be organized in the presence of high officials / dignitaries.
કાર્યક્ર The Department of Industry and Mines, the Department of Labor and Employment and the Department of Higher Education will play a key role in this program.

Appointment letters will be awarded to the youth who have got employment in the private sector through recruitment fair in the employment award distribution program and to the youth who have been selected in various government departments.
Implementation
- To prepare the list of selected candidates in government recruitment, major departments like Education Department (Office of Technical Education), General Administration Department, Panchayat Village Housing and Rural Development and Home Departmentollaboration will be sought and information will be obtained from government recruitment agencies like Gujarat Public Service Commission, Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board, Lokarakshak Recruitment Board, Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board etc.
Attempts will be made to achieve the allotted target by forming a team of officers of all concerned line departments and officers of colleges and universities under the chairmanship of all District Collectors.
વિવિધ Various units of private sector as well as Industries Association / GIDC of various sectors. Intensive liaison and coordination with the association will be done to get more vacancies and try to give maximum employment.
