PSI preliminary exam call letter download start

P.S.E. For the recruitment process of cadre, advertisements were given in the daily papers on 15/02/21 as well as instructions were given on the website and online applications were accepted on the website of OJAS from 16/03/21 to 31/03/21.

Due to the epidemic of physical test corona to be held in April-07/04/21 Naroj postponement has been announced on the website.

P.S.E. Candidates who have not been able to apply online during the time given earlier in the recruitment process of the cadre can apply online on the website of OJAS as per the instructions given below for the purpose of getting a chance.

Online applications will be accepted on JAS website from 01/10/21 (15:00 noon to 15/10/22 (11:59 pm).

Candidates shall successfully serve the District Health Society (DHS) thereafter for a minimum period

ol 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of appointment, failing which he/ she shall compensate the

equivalent to Rs. 1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only)..

National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh for selection in the 6 months Certificate in Community Health (CCH) training program from the candidates of the respective categories against the remaining vacant posts of contract community health officer and for direct recruitment to the post of contract community health officer. Applications are invited from resident candidates. After successful completion of the above training or selection in the direct recruitment entrance examination, the selected candidates will be appointed for the post of Community Health Officer at the sub-health center level institutions located in rural areas.

On contract appointment will be given.

Essential Educational Qualifications

CCH Training Entrance Exam B.Sc (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) / G.N.M. / B.A.M.S. And valid and live registration as on 1st February 2022.

Direct Recruitment to the post of contractual CHO Community Health Integrated Course B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Passed 1

And valid and live registration as on 1st February 2022.

Age Limit :- 21 to 40 years (Relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST / OBC / physically challenged and female candidates in case of 01/02/202month

Note:- 33 percent seats/posts in each category are reserved for women.

Candidate can apply for only one type of entrance test as per his/her eligibility.

A common entrance test will be conducted for selection in Certificate in Community Health (CCH) training and for direct recruitment to the post of Samvida Community Health Officer.

Salary per month

• Honorarium and work based incentive amount. Honorarium for the post of Community Health Officer (Contract) is Rs. 25000/- per month and work based incentive amount up to Rs. 15000/- per month

Important Instructions:

1) Only online applications will be accepted, applications received from any other source/means will not be accepted.

The selection and posting against the vacant seats will be subject to the rules under the State Reservation Policy of Madhya Pradesh.

3) Application filled with incomplete information or without photo, signature / required documents will be rejected.

4) If it is found at any stage of recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility and has furnished false information/certificates/documents or has suppressed any material fact, his/her candidature will be cancelled. .

5) The decision of NHM, Madhya Pradesh in any matter relating to recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process shall be final and binding on the candidates.

6) Selection will be purely based on online written test.

7) Change in the number of vacancies with the National Health Mission, amendment in rules and change / amendment in any process of selection

Has the right to. Any such amendment shall be valid and binding.

8) 01/02/2022 will be taken as the reference date for age calculation.
