To pay Medical Officer MBBS / AYUSH Doctor BAMS / BHMS from 11 months contract fixed monthly salary for “Deendayal Clinic” (Urban Health Clinic) in Palanpur and Deesa Urban Nagarpalika Slum area of Banaskantha District on the date given below. Panchayat Palanpur, Ta. Palanpur, Dist. Held at Banaskantha.

Selection mode

Eligible candidates interested should appear in person for the interview along with required qualification-experience certificates, proof of date of birth, school leaving certificate, all original certificates and certified Xerox copies and a passport size photograph. Registration will be from 12:00 to 03:00 in the morning. Admission will not be granted after 3:00 p.m.

Educational Qualification

Medical Doctor: Mandatory registration should be done in Gujarat Medical Council Board, as well as internship should be completed or
AYUSH DOCTOR: Mandatory registration should be done in Gujarat Ayurvedic / Homoeopathic Council Board and internship should be completed as well as registration in the Council Board should be as it is.

Age limit

Which will give preference to a doctor rather than a local private practice in the area. The age limit for MOs who have retired or resigned from retirement or voluntary retirement should not be more than 65 years,

A paramedical staff may be retained by the selected physician as per his / her requirement, the full cost of which may be borne by the selected physician himself / herself and the necessary medical examination equipment may be arranged by the physician himself / herself.

Place of Duty

The appointed doctor will have to stay permanently at the place chosen.

How to apply

A doctor who has been compulsorily retired, dismissed or dismissed by the Government or who has been involved in serious allegations in the previous services and who has been dismissed from the government service as part of a complaint cannot be appointed.

Duty time

OPD time in the above clinic will be daily from 5 pm to 9 pm. Since the appointment received is on a totally temporary basis and is based on a contract, no other entitlement will be eligible and the term of the appointment will automatically expire on expiry of the term of the contract. Once the contract is completed, a new contract can be signed for a further 11 months based on performance.
