A public interest litigation was filed in the High Court against the decision. However, the Gujarat High Court today rejected the PIL. The High Court said it was not necessary to compare anyone. The fairy should be taken. Following which the examination of repeaters will now be held.
We have to raise the level of education
Not low: The High Court, hearing the public interest litigation, said, "We want to raise the standard of education, not low." As well as the government introduced that we have arranged for the examination to be conducted in a manner that complies with all the guidelines of the Corona.

Mass promotion is appropriate for regular students when the High Court had earlier said during the hearing that regular and repeater cannot be compared to these students. Because regular students have taken online lectures from the school, they are eligible for mass promotion based on the evidence. But repeater students should not be given promotions based on how they studied in this epidemic or not. They have wasted 1 or 2 years in their career due to failure so now even extending the exam is their only loss. We do not currently comment on this matter to the government. We also advise all students to prepare for the exam.
4.91 lakh repeaters If we talk about repeater students in the board examination, 3.62 lakh repeaters were registered in standard 10, 32 thousand 400 in standard 12 science and 97 thousand repeater students in standard 12 general stream. The government has canceled the examinations of only regular students in standard 10 and 12 and given mass promotion.

On July 7, DE0 will send a protected file of question papers via e-mail to SVC convenors. Students will be given one test daily from 10 to 12 July. The answer book written by the student on 13th and 14th July will have to be returned. Subject wise result has to be prepared on 30th July, mark has to be uploaded from school level in the first week of August.
