The form for becoming a Direct Agent of Postal Life Insurance (PLI / RPLI) can be obtained from the nearest Post Office along with the required proof and a certified copy in full at Senior Superintendent's Office, 3rd Floor, Nanpura Head Post Office, Nanpura Surat 391 by 18 | 07 | 2021 Must be submitted during office hours (10 am to 6 pm).
