Result of candidates who had appeared in online exam conducted on 30th, 31th December, 2020 & 5th, 6th January, 2021 for recruitment for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) was placed on website on 9th March, 2021. Considering the vacancies and roster requirement, the following candidates are hereby call for document verification process on 08.07.2021 & 09.07.2021 for selection to the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) are as under. However it is state that this is provisional list only and not the selection list for empanelment. The candidate who are not fulfilling the laid down criteria mention in advertisement dtd.26.12.2019 shall not be considered for further process. The Cut-off marks of the candidates who are called in for documents verification on 08.07.2021 & 09.07.2Certificatunder:

THE CANDIDATES HAVE TO BRING FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL AND ONE

ATTESTED XEROX SET AS APPLICABLE:

➤ Online Application Form along with two passport size photographs should be affixed on

the application form.

School Leaving Certificate.

Mark sheets of final year of Graduation / or last two Semesters of Graduation Certificate

issued by College / University.

➤ Certificate from the Institute / University mentioning percentage marks obtained in case grading system is in place.

Degree Certificate, if available.

Caste (SC / ST / SEBC / EWS) Certificate / Disability Certificate (if applicable). Valid Caste (Roster Category) Certificate of Reserved category of Gujarat State only will

be considered. In case of SEBC candidates, Valid Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued in Gujarati

Appendix "K" / Appendix-2 (Gujarati) by the Competent Authority of Gujarat State

NIn case of EWS candidates, submit valid Certificate as per resolution No.EWS / 122019/45903 / A Dtd.23.01.19 & Dtd.25.01.19 for prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority of Gujarat State.

Necessary certificate in case of Ex. Armed force Personnel.

In case of Dependent of Retired Employee, Relieving Order or Certificate issued to the employee should be attached.

In case of Widow Applicant, copy of death certificate of the deceased husband should be attached.

NOC from present employer (If applicable).
