Important instruction

The selected candidates will have to enter into an agreement with The Urban Health Society, Ahmedabad under the National Health Mission prior to the appointment and will not have any claim with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

If any kind of political or institutional pressure is exerted for the above post at that stage, their appointment will be canceled. Candidate to appear for the interview in person to verify the qualification and experience certificate

The applicant should attach a certified copy of all certificates of eligibility and experience with the application form. Candidate's experience will be considered on the basis of certificate of original experience at the time of verification of original certificate. Experience will not be considered on the basis of their appointment order.

Candidates who are in Marcus Grade will have to submit a certificate of conversion of the grade of the university from which the degree has been obtained as a percentage. If the candidate does not submit the certificate in this regard, it will be considered as the minimum marks of the candidate.

The pay scale will be revised as per the instructions received from time to time by the State Health Society. • The selected candidate will be eligible to be appointed subject to the conditions decided by the appointing officer.

If there is a need to change or cancel the recruitment process for any reason in this advertisement, the higher official of the department will have full right to do so and the higher official will not be bound to give reasons for this.

Since the merit list of the candidate has been prepared on the basis of the applications submitted by the candidate, if there is any defect or error in it then the candidate will be included in the merit list.

The appointment of the selected candidate will be for 11 months. If the performance of the employee is satisfactory after completion of the contract, his contract will be renewed with a break of 1 day.

The selected candidate will have to work in accordance with the norms set by the Urban Health Society from time to time.

If an amendment is suggested by the State Government or the Central Government regarding the appointment of a candidate, it will be amended accordingly with the approval of the competent authority.
