Introduction
The following conditions are to be filled in the following conditions for filling up of the following vacancies for District Health Society, Urban Health Center and Primary Health Center functioning at taluka level of Rajkot district and its village level on 11 months contract basis and preparation of waiting list for future vacancies.
(1) Name of the place: Pharmacist
Number of RBSK seats: 16
Maximum fixed monthly remuneration 13,000 / -
Educational Qualification :
Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a government recognized university and should be registered with Gujarat Pharma Council, computer savvy and experience preferred,
(2) Place Name: Lab Technician NHM, NUH
Number of seats: 2
Maximum fixed monthly remuneration: 13,000 / -
Educational Qualification: Must have a B.Sc. degree with major in Chemistry and Microbiology, or M.Sc. with Organic Chemistry or Microbiology. Should be done. And Certificate of Laboratory Technician Training Course of a recognized institute or Medical College of the State of Gujarat. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience of laboratory work.
(3) Name of the place: Staff Nurse
Number of NIM, CTC spaces: 9
Maximum fixed monthly remuneration: 13,000 / -
Educational Qualification :-
Candidate recognized R.N. of Gujarat Nursing Council. & R.M. (GNM) Nursing course. Also should be registered in Gujarat Nursing Council,
(2) Name of the place Female Health Worker NHM, NUH
Number of seats: 13
Maximum fixed monthly remuneration 12,500 / -
Educational Qualification Must have passed government approved FHW / ANM course. Also should be registered in Gujarat Nursing Council.
How to Apply?
Registration will be done for the posts of No. 1 and 2 on 03/09/2021 and for the posts of No. 3 and 4 on 04/09/2021 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Must be present at District Health Society, Health Branch, District Panchayat, Rajkot "along with certified copies of educational qualifications, experience, age, all grounds and recent photographs.
It is also mandatory to bring the required original certificates / grounds.
The candidate has to appear for the interview voluntarily. The final decision on the appointment will be subject to the District Health Society and its terms.
