Apprentice's 1110 place in PGCIL, last date 20th August
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has issued notification for recruitment of 1110 Apprentice Vacancies. Candidates who want to work in these vacancies can apply online till August 20, 2021.
Educational qualifications
Candidate for ITI Apprentice should have passed ITI with at least 70% marks from the respective trade from a recognized institute. Detailed information is available on the official website
Age limit
General category candidates should be above 18 years of age. While the reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the age limit as per the government rule.
Stipend
The selected candidates will be paid Rs. 11 thousand to 15 thousand stipend will be given.
Application fee
Candidates of any class are not required to pay the application fee.

The suitable candidate will be selected on the basis of merit.

Candidates should first register themselves (as a candidate) in the website of https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in or https://apprenticeshipindia.org, get a registration/enrolment number and activate/complete the profile.

Candidates who possess educational qualification as mentioned and passed (date of result of final examination) within two years from the closing date of application, and are medically fit as per the provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961 are eligible to apply for apprenticeship in POWERGRID.
Candidates are not eligible to apply for the apprenticeship in any case -
- Awaiting the results of their final examination.
- Not completed the 18 years of age.
- Undergone apprenticeship training in any organisation for any duration.
- Job experience of more than 1 year.
