Qualification and experience
M.Sc Nursing (3 years experience) or 5 years in B.Sc Nursing
Experience
B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing Education and / Diploma in Public Health Nursing (2 years experience) B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Public Health
Nursing (2 years experience) SSC and Netri Inspector
HSC and sanitary inspector exam pass (2 years public health experience)
B.sc (Home) degree / Domestic science of B.A. with sociology or B.A. with Home Science. (3 years hostel or equivalent administration experience)
Note: - (1) The qualification as announced will be passed in the first stage and the candidates who get 60% or more will have to fill the same nomination form,
(Ii) The Principal Nursing Officer for Class-II should have teaching experience from a recognized Nursing College or Ning School or Nursing Training Institute.
(2) In the case of Nursing Tutor, Class-3 and PHN, Tutor Class-3, from a recognized Nursing College or Nursing School or Nursing Training Institution for teaching or at least 3 years Government Dispensary or Hospital or Private or Must have clinical experience from a public sector or 30-bed trust hospital.
(2) It is mandatory for Sanitary Inspector Class-3 to have passed the examination from a recognized institute. (2) It is mandatory for the warden to have passed the examination from a recognized institute for class-3.

Job description
Programme Planning and Implementation;
Planning and execution of all activities related to eVIN implementation in the designated district, in close coordination with District / Corporation RCHO & PO Operations UNDP.
• Support the work of Cold Chain Handlers (CCH) at District / Corporation Vaccine Store (DVS/ CVS) and cold chain points in improving timely stock entries and their online visibility, including temperature performance of cold chain equipment.
Technical Assistance:
• Support the District RCH Officer in all activities pertaining to vaccine logistics and
cold chain management in the district. This includes, but is not limited to: -Vaccine stock forecasting assessment
Cold chain needs
Indent generation.
-Storage and distribution planning for vaccines, syringes and Cold Chain Equipment
(CCE)
- Planning for preventive maintenance of CCE
- Any other work assigned by the RCHO as and when required
Support the DRCHO in organizing review meetings of Cold Chain Handlers(CCH) Develop vaccine collection and distribution cycle and ensure its implementation with
support from District Vaccine Store(DVS) in-charge
• Ensure all transactions (issue, receipt, discard, transfer etc.) of vaccines and syringes
are entered in the eVIN system • Review the online data entry of all vaccine and syringes transactions on daily basis
and ensure regular & timely updating from all cold chain points
• Regular analysis of consumption patterns, wastage rates, monthly reports etc.
supporting DRCHO in taking corrective actions
Monitor cold chain performance through remote temperature loggers and ensure prompt response to temperature excursions at cold chain points across the district . Work closely with the district refrigerator mechanic o ensure timely repair of cold chain machines
