Key features of the scheme and the standard operating procedure for BC involvement
Manager is under:
1. QUALIFICATIONS ANSWERS:
For Retired Bank employees
• Retired officials (including voluntary retirees) of any PSU bank up to the level of Chief
A manager may be appointed for a purpose.
• Retired secretaries equivalent to Baroda Bank pass JAIIB on a positive note
record.
• All retired bank applicants must have at least 3 rural banking experience
years.
• The maximum continuity of BC management will be 65 years.
For Young Students
• Minor qualifications should be computer literacy courses (MS Office, email,
Internet etc.), but titles such as M.Sc. (IT) / BE (IT) / MCA / MBA will be awarded
favorites.
• Must be in the age group 21-45 at the time of appointment.
• The maximum continuity of BC management will be 65 years.
2. LOCATION OF CAUSE TESTING
Nominees will be nominated in one District where they will be assigned to serve
and if qualified individuals are not present in the same region, baptism candidates may be selected
from the combined regions. The candidate must be proficient in both the local language and the dialect
literacy.
UNDER THE CONDITION OF FUNDS EMPLOYEES WILL BE SELECTED FROM OTHER SCRIPTURES.
OTHER PRINCIPLES OF QUALIFICATION
• Hard work will be followed at the time of appointment (In the event of a retired bank
employees, those with a bad record, or have been fired / fired
previous service etc will not be considered). Appropriate KYC verification, CIBIL Score,
further questions etc. will be made.
• Police verification will be arranged and done in respect of each nominee
before being assigned a job by the Regional Office.
• Applicants must be willing and able to visit villages in the region
monitoring and other activities as and when given from time to time.
• You must have a residence near the regional office / branch of Nodal and not on
any case outside the region to be chosen.
• No BC agent should be related to the manager as a family member, blood
relative, close relative or any business contact
4. DELIVERING BCs TO THE MANAGER
BC Managers will be allocated 50-60 BC Agents. Number of BCs to be monitored by BC
managers can be promoted on the high side but not more than 15-20% of the allocated numbers
BCs.
5. Duration of Agreement
The contract will be for the first time for a period of 12 months subject to a monthly review.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
• The BC manager will be held by the relevant Regional Offices for monitoring
field performance BCs.
• The application form must be submitted with hard copies to the parties concerned
Regional Office by express postal / registered post / courier or in person.
• The Regional Office will carefully review the application forms and will rely on
the suitability of a short list of candidates for the interview.
• The Regional Office will send reports to the shortlisted candidates
e-mail and a portable copy giving details of the date, time and place of the interview.
• Depending on the eligibility of the candidates, the Regional Office will nominate the finalists
to be baptized and close to them within 15 days from the date of the interview.

NO EMPLOYER - EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS
The other Party for the Bank only in terms of the terms of reference
conditions for a limited time and depending on satisfactory services. The bank reserves the right to do so
cancel the Service Contract at any time at its discretion without giving a reason
anything else. It is also clarified that no employer-employee relationship is compromised
between the Bank and another party.
REPRESENTATION AND CERTIFICATES
1. The other party claims that no criminal charges are pending
against it and / or subject to any criminal proceedings in which the other party resides
imprisonment for more than 24 hours- in the past.

14. ROLE AND FUNCTIONS
1. Monitor 50-60 BCs assigned. The number of BC to be considered may be available
increased in the opinion of the Bank.
2. Ensure that banking services are available in the indicated villages / SSAs (Sub
Service Areas) / Non-SSAs include communities in urban / metropolitan areas.
3. Educate BCs about their roles and responsibilities.
4. To verify the resolution of customer complaints / BCs and submit a response response
a branch with a copy at the Regional Office.
5. Hold meetings in districts / SSAs / non-SSAs and communities
workplace to encourage local people / customers to access banking services
to our bank and send a report to the Regional Manager.
6. Visits to villages / SSAs / Non-SSAs assigned to communities
work place and BC points in the region at least once in 15 days and post
reporting to Regional FI coordinators.
7. Monitoring and Managing the activities of BCs in collaboration with the liaison branch. BC
management must ensure that BCs remain operational.
8. Ensure that BCs are operational during normal working hours
banking guidelines. Ensuring that BCs are available daily as well
transactions at BC points take place in accordance with the terms / guidelines set.
9. Ensure that BCs do not perform any type of offline activities in BC areas.
10. Ensure that BCs conducts multiple sales of third-party banking products.
11. Ensure that BCs works by restoring the credits of our bank.
12. Conduct financial study sessions with villagers / communities during visits e
villages / points of BC.
13. Ensure that BCs point to the Dos & Don'ts board in BC locations.
14. Ensure that BCs provide only generated system receipts to customers.
15. Make sure BCs does not use any bank stationery.
16. The BC manager must take feedback from local customers regarding the operation of
the BC agent on his visit and sends a response / report to the Regional Office.
17. Organize and organize camps in consultation with the liaison branch / Regional Office from
time and time again to achieve various goals.
18. Coordinate the branch with the service provider to appoint the BCs accordingly
