The District Panchayat Service Selection Committee has been canceled from the declaration dated 6/06/2071 in Section-3 of Gujarat Panchayat Act-18 to state the above subject. Pursuant to which the direct recruitment examination of Panchayat Service Class-3 cadres has to be taken by Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board.

The following instructions should be taken into consideration so that the demand forms for the posts to be filled by direct recruitment as per the 10 year recruitment calendar of Sadarhu Panchayat Seva Class-3 cadres can be found properly and the recruitment process can be carried out expeditiously.

(1) Due to the cancellation of all the District Panchayat Service Selection Committees, all the rules regarding the functions, deliberations, examination rules of Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board have come out. Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board.

(3) For the vacancies of Panchayat Service Class-3 which are to be filled by promotion, the concerned District Development Officers shall immediately take action regarding the promotion in consultation with the Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board.

(3) Direct recruitment has to be carried out as per the 10 year recruitment calendar of Panchayat Service Class-IV cadres, in respect of which the process of certifying the roster registers of all cadres has been done at the camp department level from 01.08.2021 to 05.03.2021. (2) As the direct recruitment process has to be carried out in the categories of Panchayat service, demand forms have to be sought from the concerned district panchayats. Thus, it is requested to take immediate legal action on all the above issues and report it to the Government from time to time.
